Unfourtunally we are unable to accept returns, however if you are experiencing problems with your items, please contact us at dmakdesigns@outlook.com or a method provided on our website to start a conversation on how we may address your concern. We are always happy to help!

DEFECTS

At D.Mak.Designs, our sole aim is to give our customers the best shopping experience. Our handmade items are made with the upmost love and care and all items are checked many times to ensure the best customer experience. If you feel you have received a defective product, please contact us at dmakdesigns@outlook.com or a method provided on our website to start a conversation about the inquire and how to make it right. 

DELIVERY

Our delivery times are only an estimated are are not guaranteed. They will always be estimated on business days     (Does not include weekends and holidays). Once packages are sent to our provider, arrival times are out of our control and are in the hands of the service. At D.Mak.Designs, we use Royal Mail as our delivery provider.

  • Mistakes made by Royal Mail

  • Wrong addresses given by customers

  • Damage to orders by postal services

  • PO box issues 

  • Stolen packages after delivery
